Third-Party Platform Integrations

Prep-Trax.ai integrates with various third-party ecommerce and marketplace platforms to provide seamless order fulfillment. When you connect your accounts, we access and process data in accordance with each platform's terms and policies.

Amazon Seller Central and SP-API

When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, we access order data, inventory levels, and product information through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We use this data solely to:

  • Retrieve and process orders for fulfillment
  • Update inventory quantities and availability
  • Generate shipping labels and tracking information
  • Provide analytics and reporting on your Amazon sales

We do not share your Amazon data with any third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (shipping carriers, warehouse staff). We comply with all Amazon Developer Services Agreement requirements and Amazon's data protection policies.

Shopify

When you install our Shopify app or connect your Shopify store, we access:

  • Order information (customer details, products, shipping addresses)
  • Product catalog and inventory data
  • Store settings and configuration

We use this data to synchronize orders, update inventory, and provide fulfillment services. We comply with Shopify's API Terms of Service and App Store Requirements. Your Shopify data is protected with the same security measures as all other data in our system.

WooCommerce and Other Platforms

We integrate with WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and other ecommerce platforms. For each integration, we:

  • Only access data necessary for order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Store credentials securely using industry-standard encryption
  • Comply with each platform's API terms and data usage policies
  • Allow you to disconnect integrations at any time

Shipping Carriers

We share shipping information (recipient name, address, package details) with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) to generate labels and track shipments. This data is transmitted securely and used solely for shipping purposes.

Your Control Over Integrations

You can manage, disconnect, or revoke access to any third-party integration at any time through your Prep-Trax.ai account settings. Disconnecting an integration will stop all data synchronization, though historical data may be retained as described in our Data Retention policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Regular security assessments and audits
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Employee training on data protection

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
