Our Story
Prep-TraX.ai was born out of real operational challenges inside a growing 3PL warehouse. As our fulfillment operation scaled, we found that existing warehouse management systems weren't designed for how modern ecommerce logistics actually works — especially for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and DTC brands operating simultaneously.
Most platforms were either built for large enterprise distribution centers or lacked the flexibility needed for fast-moving prep and fulfillment environments.
Instead of forcing our workflows to fit outdated software, we began building internal tools to solve our own problems: tracking labor more accurately, improving operational visibility, simplifying inbound and prep workflows, and giving teams clearer data to make decisions in real time.
Prep-TraX.ai is the evolution of those tools — shaped directly by day-to-day warehouse operations and real client needs, not theoretical workflows.
